Chicago Day Two - Rehearsal Dinner

Just a few pictures of things I want to remember about the rehearsal dinner.

Dear Annie,
Thank you for watching me walk down the aisle.  I'm not so nervous when I see you waiting for me.  Everyone wondered if you will watch me during the wedding too.  Mom said you can sit with her if you want to.

The rehearsal dinner was beautiful and the food was delicious, but it didn't start until 8:00.  Cole was starving when appetizers were served.  We told him this was 'cooked fish' (one of his favorites) so he would eat it.  He probably wouldn't have been so interested in trying calamari!  : )

If you look closely, you can see streaks of purple and hot pink in Kara's hair.  When we were having our hair cut before the wedding, we saw the attachments in a display case.  Kara thought it would be funny to trick Katie into thinking she had colored her hair!  We all thought that was so cute since Kara thought of it herself.

 One tired girl!  We left the rehearsal dinner at 10:30, and Kara was asleep before we left the parking lot.  She remained asleep for us to get her out of her car seat, be carried up stairs, changed into her jammies, and tucked into bed.  Guess she needed her beauty sleep for her big day!
