Another Activity Taken Off The Summer Bucket List!

I wanted to make sure that we had a 'purposeful' summer this year.  In addition to all our travels, our school work goals (they got to go to Build A Bear once they completed their goals), we also worked on a list of fun things to do.  Essentially, I wanted to have ideas in place that we could do if someone got bored, it rained, or whatever.  Considering how busy we were, we did a good job of doing some of those fun activities, and we enjoyed doing some new things.

On Labor Day, we decided to go bowling.  We've been a couple of times, and the ball rack (or whatever it's called that Kara used) and bumpers helped a great deal!  It was a fun way to end summer!
