Kara Turns 5!

Our sweet girl turned 5 and had several celebrations in her honor.  On Kara's actual birthday, we had a small stash of gifts to open (most would be coming later and her main gift from us is her friend party).

Kara was just a bit excited to start opening presents!

She was thrilled to get a Princess Celestia (from My Little Pony) from Cole that she had been coveting forever.  And I'm sure Cole is pointing a gun at her to make sure no one gives her any more presents steals her presents!

The token present from Daddy & Mommy.  Kara immediately identified it as a clothes box.  Any guesses on how she feels about clothes as a present?

Confirmation that it was a clothes box, and none to pleased about it!

However...it contained a Rapunzel dress-up dress and that was a perfectly good gift!

They are learning how to play a cool new game that Uncle Steve, Aunt Hilary, and Nicholas sent.

Kara, you are a delightful girl and we are full (to the brim!) of love for you.  You have a caring and nurturing heart, a great sense of humor, a sharp mind, and a wonderful personality.  You are strong willed and spirited at times, but that just adds to what makes you you, and will be an asset to you as you grow.  We are so proud of you and the person you've become.  We love you to the universe and back!
